The role involves planning and optimizing SEM campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing strategies. Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize complex SEM campaigns across bolthires Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms • Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions • Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach • Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals Skills • 5–7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals • Strong proficiency in bolthires Ads, bolthires Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms • Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (bolthires Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar) • Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions • Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders • Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic) • Certification in bolthires Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy Benefits • Referral Fee: AMS will pay $500 should the person you refer gets hired Company Overview • History & Mission: Founded in 2002, AMS Staffing is a nationwide staffing agency committed to building lasting relationships and providing tailored talent solutions.It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Northbrook, Illinois, USA, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
