Now, we’re looking for a hungry, self-driven SDR to help us reach even more brands.
Your Mission
Book 10–30+ qualified sales appointments/month with DTC brand founders, CMOs, or Heads of Marketing.
We’ll give you everything you need: proven scripts, ICP, VSLs, testimonials, results - you just need to execute and book the right people.
What You’ll Do
Send personalized outbound messages across email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more.
Leave strategic comments in target-rich posts/groups (we’ll show you how).
Cold call prospects using provided lead lists and scripts.
Find fresh leads using platforms like Apollo, StoreLeads, Reddit, Quora, etc.
Qualify leads based on clear ICP criteria (we’ll train you).
Book discovery calls directly into the calendar and ensure they show up.
Track activity and results daily (actions taken, replies, bookings).

Have experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, FB, calls)

Compensation
This is a base + performance-based role with real upside.
Here are the bonuses you can expect:
10 booked calls/month: $30 per qualified show-up
20 booked calls/month: $40 per qualified show-up
30+ booked calls/month: $50 per qualified show-up
$250 bonus for any client we close from your lead
(We define a “qualified call” clearly and fairly - not just anyone on a Zoom link.)
