[Remote] Scrum Master/Agile Practitioner

Responsibilities • Guide Agile teams in Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies. • Promote Agile principles and coach teams toward continuous improvement. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to progress. • Mentor team members and promote Agile maturity across the organization. • Measure success through learning milestones and team growth. • Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of innovation and agility. Skills • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. • 3+ years in product or IT delivery environments. • 2+ years as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach. • Experience with multiple frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS). • Experience working with large, multi-team Agile projects. • Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent). • Exposure to AI tools within the SDLC to enhance efficiency. • Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Healthcare industry experience. • Scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) certifications. • DevOps culture and practice familiarity. • U.S. Citizenship (required for DoD-related projects).
