Key Responsibilities:
Embody Agile values, principles, and practices to drive solution delivery and process improvement
Facilitate seamless communication between external groups and project teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed
Monitor project progress, provide timely feedback, and cultivate a culture of agility, learning, and growth
Lead daily team meetings to track progress, address roadblocks, and ensure projects stay on track
Host regular update sessions with product stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress and milestones
Ensure teams meet deadlines with desired outcomes, while planning and organizing demos and product/system testing
Remove impediments, ensure collaborative processes, and track project processes, deliverables, and financials
Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed and engaged
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience
Scrum Master Certification is required
