Job Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate scrum meetings, addressing blockers and ensuring smooth team operations
Foster collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team
Promote Agile quality practices and serve as a resource for process-related inquiries
Advise government personnel on process standardization improvements
Collaborate directly with senior-level client leadership teams in project delivery

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and project management
Proven experience with large-scale software development, data management, and software integration projects
Expertise in the Agile SAFe framework is essential
Experience facilitating briefings to senior leadership and capturing actionable meeting outcomes
SAFe Certified Scrum Master

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with the Department of Veteran Affairs and its related tools and processes
Familiarity with Project and Configuration Management tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub)
Background in technical disciplines with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related fields
Experience in healthcare-related projects is a plus
Ability to obtain a Government clearance
