School Social Worker Alpena, Michigan (March 2024 - June 2024)
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated School Social Worker to join our team in Alpena, Michigan! This is a great opportunity to provide support to students across multiple schools during a maternity leave. With a flexible schedule and the chance to work with a diverse range of students, this position offers a rewarding experience!
Responsibilities:
Provide social work services to students in both high school and preschool settings.
Support students' mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs.
Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff.
Manage caseloads and conduct assessments when needed.
Qualifications:
Required: Michigan Social Worker License (MI 310).
Experience working with high school and preschool-aged students is preferred.
Position Details:
Classroom: 1 high school, 1 preschool, and 2 parochial schools.
Hours per Week: 3-5 days per week.
Weekly Pay: Competitive based on experience.
