Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive social work services to students in high school and preschool settings, addressing their mental health, behavioral, and emotional needs. Develop and implement individualized support plans to help students overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach to student well-being. Manage caseloads effectively, conducting assessments and interventions as needed to support student success. Foster a positive and inclusive school culture by promoting social-emotional learning, mental health awareness, and community engagement. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Hold a valid Michigan Social Worker License (MI 310). Demonstrate a passion for working with students and a commitment to their social-emotional development. Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working with high school and preschool-aged students. A background in social work or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting students' mental health and well-being.
