QA Test for a 1 yr contract. Job Description: Developing, maintaining, executing, and troubleshooting test plans Understand the relationship between business process details and the connection to other teams, systems, and processes Designing and executing test plans focused on user experience Collaborate in solution designs Lead offshore QA testers to support successful on-time & high quality delivery Job Functions / Responsibilities: Testing of any custom code changes/enhancements. Testing of any specific system change requests. Testing support for any required technical upgrades, patches, certificate updates, etc. Self-driven and strong leadership capabilities to facilitate the successful planning and execution of major test cycles. Lead the team in charge of developing test scripts Facilitate knowledge transfer to new onboard team members on CLIENT environment (Jira, ALM, custom applications, etc.) Provide weekly reports out on ALM stats for major projects to support project managers. Lead daily stand-ups with the QA test team Work closely with business subject matter experts to ensure requirements are successfully met & any/all test cases have been tested to their satisfaction.
