Position: SAP Data Migration Specialist (S/4HANA)
Location: Remote / Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, USA,
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in our SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration project. He will collaborate with cross-functional teams, SNP, including functional consultants, technical developers, and business stakeholders, to deliver a successful migration.
Responsibilities:
Data Migration Planning and Strategy:
Participate in the development of the overall data migration strategy and plan.
Work with Onsite Data Leads from Viatris and explain them what changes and not changes in S4 vs ECC>
Work closely with SNP to ensure Data Loads happen successfully
Understanding the process pf data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues along with SNP.
Collaborate with business users to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Work closely with functional consultants, technical developers, and business stakeholders to ensure successful data migration.
Provide regular updates on data migration progress and issues.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding.
Document all data migration activities and procedures.
Participate in cutover planning and execution.
Provide post-migration support to address data-related issues.
Monitor data quality and performance after migration.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 + years of experience in SAP data migration projects.
Proven experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration(Bluefield). Bluefield experience is Mandatory
Strong understanding of SAP data structures and business processes.
Working with SNP in previous projects is an added advantage.
Experience with specific industry solutions Pharma.
