Remote - SAP Basis Senior Consultant/ L3Lead
Environment: Technical support for production and non-production environments in SAP Cloud ERP Private (Si4HANA, BW/4HANA, EWM, and ECC).
CoreResponsibiUties& Scope
Theselected consultants will be responsible for the end-to-end technical management of complex private cloud landscapes. Key tasks include:
ā¢ Continuous Administration:Handling troubleshooting, deep-dive investigations, and RootCauseAnalysis {RCA) for complex technical issues.
ā¢ Proactive Monitoring: Managing health, job, integration, performance, and data growth monitoring based on SAP best practices.
ā¢ Technical Housekeeping: Performing administrative tasks such as log data cleaning, security patch levelmaintenance {applying SAP SecurityNotes),and data growthmanagement {partitioning/archiving).
ā¢ Change & Release Management: Maintenance of transport landscapes and execution of standard and non-preapproved technical changes. CriticalRequirements & Performance Standards
Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria to be considered:
ā¢ Seniority: Aminimum - of hands-on SAP Basis monitoring and support experience.
ā¢ Mandatory Certification:A valid SAP Certificationin Basis Technology is non-negotiable.
ā¢ SLA Commitment:Resources must be prepared to meet stringent SLAs, includinga 20-minute reaction time and4-hour resolution time for Priority 1 {VeryHigh)incidents.
ā¢ TechnicalTools: Proficiency in SAP Focused RUN, Cloud ALM, ServiceNow (SNOW), SPC, and ESP is required.
ā¢ Soft Skills:Must act as technical mentors, possessing strongcommunication skills and theability to highlight technical risks promptly to SAP leadership. Expected Deliverables
ā¢ Contribution to Monthly Service Performance Reports.
ā¢ Weeklyhighlights of openitems and active issue tracking.
ā¢ Maintenance of Known Error Databases (KEOBs) and monitoring documentation.
