Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Salesforce systems, ensuring operational excellence and security
Support and enhance existing Salesforce applications, aligning with organizational needs and compliance standards
Facilitate onboarding and training for new users, ensuring seamless integration
Oversee user roles, permissions, and data access to maintain security within Salesforce environments
Provide technical assistance to users, troubleshooting issues to optimize system functionality
Coordinate Salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms
Maintain comprehensive records of system configurations, processes, and user documentation
Identify and implement opportunities for enhancements and best practices to improve Salesforce efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration, including user management, security settings, and customization
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Capability to obtain and retain U.S. government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is required)
Experience with Salesforce GovCloud is essential
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce System Administrator, with demonstrable experience in Salesforce GovCloud
Salesforce Certified Administrator, with additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) being advantageous
