[Remote] Salesforce Solution Architect (CPQ / RCA/ ARM)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stott and May is hiring a Salesforce Solution Architect (CPQ / RCA/ ARM) for one of their consulting clients. This role involves building and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to diverse business needs across the SAAS and Manufacturing industries.
Responsibilities
⢠Successfully build and implement Salesforce solutions across a range of declarative and custom tools, tailoring to diverse business needs
⢠Salesforce configuration, installation, and setup of standard and custom objects, including defining object relationships, field types, validation rules, and data integrity settings to ensure a cohesive and efficient data structure across the platform
⢠Apply knowledge of the Salesforce sharing model, including role hierarchies, sharing rules, and record-level access controls, to maintain secure and efficient data sharing
⢠Design user-centric interfaces within Salesforce, utilizing page layouts, record types, Lightning pages, dynamic forms, and screen flows to create intuitive, role-specific experiences that enhance user engagement with a solid understanding of Lightning Web Components (LWC) to be able to advise when their use is optimal
⢠Coordinate Salesforce deployments and manage sandbox environments, ensuring smooth, timely releases using change sets and DevOps tools
⢠Offer guidance on Salesforce governor limits and leverage a deep understanding of the platform to ensure optimal performance and scalability
⢠Document technical approach according to functional designs
⢠Develop technical documentation, including specifications, process diagrams, and data mappings
Skills
⢠Significant business process and Salesforce consulting experience
⢠Deep understanding of Salesforce implementation and customization (5+ years of Salesforce CRM is a must)
⢠Experience implementing or migrating the latest CPQ product ā RCA / ARM
⢠Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate processes across disparate systems
⢠Understanding of basic UX principles
⢠Demonstrated experience across multiple Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
⢠Expertise in the Salesforce Lead-to-Order process, encompassing lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, and order creation, with strong proficiency in configuring and automating workflows to optimize the entire Lead-to-Order lifecycle
⢠Experience Cloud, CPQ and/or FSL expertise
⢠Understanding of Apex classes, triggers, and scheduled jobs
