Ā Previous leadership or team-building experience in any of the following areas will be extremely helpful: sales, financial services, banking, insurance, service industries, marketing, recruiting, military, healthcare, real estate, tech, customer service, and network marketing
WHAT WOULD I BE DOING?
Ā Implementing the strategies of our proven sales system
Ā Calling and texting prospective clients to schedule appointments with you.
Ā Meeting with prospective clients virtually, by phone, or in person who have stated interest in life and critical illness coverage options so they can protect themselves and their beneficiaries.
Ā Helping clients complete their policy applications.
Ā Communicating with life insurance carriers to ensure they have the correct information regarding your client to make an approval decision.
Ā Following-up with clients and asking for referrals.
Ā Building a team of agents (if you choose to pursue an Agency Ownership path).
Ā Learning from successful agents how to improve your sales and leadership abilities.
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
