[Remote] Sales Support Specialist

They are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide excellent customer service, manage order processing, and support the sales team in a collaborative in-office environment. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and customer emails, providing timely and courteous service Enter and process customer orders accurately in the order management system Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues related to orders, delivery, or billing Generate reports and assist with administrative tasks to support the sales team Stay informed on AWC’s product offerings Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned Skills High school diploma or GED 0–2 years of experience in a customer service, sales support, or administrative role Professional verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented with strong data entry and multitasking ability Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work full-time in a collaborative in-office environment Experience in telecommunications or technology sectors Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems Understanding of order fulfillment or customer billing processes Benefits Health insurance: Medical, dental, and vision plans Retirement: 401(k) with company match Paid time off: Vacation and paid holidays Life insurance: Company-paid life insurance and short and long term disability Time Off: 13 days of PTO accrued annually in the first year and 8 paid holidays Company Overview Advanced Wireless Communications is a leader in the design and integration of wireless communications solutions.
