Our clients are the backbone of every community: The folks you call when your roof’s leaking, your A/C dies in July, or you need your house secured before a hurricane. They don’t have time for junk leads or empty promises. They rely on predictive data and real contact info to find the jobs that actually matter and build their business. Who Are We Looking For? We want closers and relationship-builders who can turn connections into recurring revenue. If you know how to talk to small business owners, understand what makes them tick, and want to get paid for real results (not busywork), you’ll fit right in. Experience in contracting, home services, or B2B sales helps, but isn’t required. Hustle and integrity are. What You'll Do • Reach out to business owners with a sales platform and prospecting strategy that doesn’t exist anywhere else • Set appointments and help close deals with decision makers (always with founder support) • Build real relationships (your residuals depend on it) • Take ownership—no micromanagement What We Offer • 15% recurring commission every month your client stays active • 100% remote, independent 1099 position • Realistic pay: $60,000–$120,000+ (top reps can do a lot more) • Direct support and mentorship from leadership If you want to help real people grow their business—and you want to get paid for what you produce—let’s talk.
