Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of warranty extensions, service contracts, and core service portfolio through strategic planning and execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Care, Inside Sales, and Service Delivery, to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Build and maintain strong customer and channel relationships to increase market share, revenue, and profitability
Provide pre- and post-sales consultation to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services
Maintain accurate business reports, prospect lists, and quotations in existing systems
Ideal Candidate:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Proven sales experience in an aftersales, service, or warranty environment, ideally in a high-tech industry
Experience working in a remote role as part of a nationwide sales team
Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences or a related field
Strong knowledge of common IT tools, including MS-Office, SAP, and Service Max
Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Results-oriented mindset with a high degree of independence and ability to work collaboratively as part of a sales team
