About the Role:
Identify and prospect new customers to generate sales leads and expand our customer base
Engage with potential customers through various sales techniques, including social media advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions by recommending suitable container options and accessories
Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and value of our container products to potential customers
Negotiate sales and ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets
Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs using our CRM software
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the container or related industry, with a successful track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and build long-lasting relationships
Strong negotiation and closing abilities, coupled with a customer-centric approach
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in utilizing sales tools and technologies
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $75,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
