Deliver exceptional customer service through timely responses and accurate member program enrollment
Answer program inquiry calls, address customer concerns, and resolve questions in a professional and courteous manner
Utilize modern sales methodology, verbal skills, and computer skills to drive sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual membership goals
Maintain HIPAA certification and member confidentiality, ensuring the highest level of integrity and trust
