Remote Sales & Member Onboarding Specialist Franchise Performance Solutions (FPS) Supporting Alloy Personal Training franchises nationwide About the Role: Franchise Performance Solutions (FPS) helps Alloy Personal Training franchise owners grow faster by handling outbound calling, lead follow-up, and new-member onboarding. We’re hiring a remote, US-based Sales & Member Onboarding Specialist to call prospective Alloy members across the country, qualify interest, book consultations, and help get new members set up in our SPS program so they seamlessly transition into their local Alloy location. This role is phone-heavy, process-driven, and relationship-focused — perfect for someone who is confident, organized, and knows how to guide people to a decision without being pushy. What You’ll Do • Call warm and semi-warm leads who have expressed interest in Alloy Personal Training • Confidently explain the Alloy training model and next steps • Qualify prospects and schedule consultations for local Alloy franchises • Assist new members with SPS setup and onboarding • Track calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM • Follow scripts and workflows — while sounding natural and human • Coordinate with franchise owners and FPS leadership to ensure a smooth handoff Who We’re Looking For • Strong phone presence — you sound professional, calm, and confident • Comfortable calling people across all US time zones • Experience in: • Inside sales • Appointment setting • Fitness, wellness, or service-based sales (preferred, not required) • Highly organized and reliable — you do what you say you’ll do • Tech-comfortable (CRM, scheduling tools, basic troubleshooting) • Remote-ready: quiet workspace, reliable internet, headset What This Is NOT • Not cold-calling random lists • Not high-pressure or scammy sales • Not a “read-the-script-and-hang-up” call center role We care about conversion, professionalism, and brand reputation.Compensation • Hourly base + performance incentives (details shared during interview) • Fully remote • Flexible scheduling within agreed call blocks How to Apply Please submit: • A brief resume • A short paragraph explaining your experience with phone sales or appointment setting Bonus points if you’ve worked with: • Fitness studios • Franchises • Membership-based services Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule • Paid time off Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
