Position Overview

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, fostering business opportunities, and helping arenaflex expand into new markets. You'll be the face of our organization, reaching out to potential clients who have never experienced arenaflex solutions while also nurturing relationships with existing accounts. What You'll Do
As a Sales Development Representative at arenaflex, your primary objective will be to identify, qualify, and develop business opportunities that drive revenue growth. Here's what your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:


Lead Qualification and Development: Qualify and nurture inbound leads while simultaneously building business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting efforts.
Timely Follow-Up: Respond to inbound leads within the timeframes outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA), ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.
Pipeline Development: Foster qualified sales opportunities and cultivate a robust pipeline of future business potential to ensure sustained growth.
Revenue Generation: Drive revenue through outbound cold pitching to existing arenaflex clients and break into new logo acquisition within your designated region and market segments.
Decision Maker Identification: Identify and engage key decision-makers within prospective accounts to accelerate the sales cycle.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop targeted accounts, call strategies, and messaging that effectively drives opportunities forward.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule and prepare qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for our Account Executives to conduct.
Goal Achievement: Meet monthly essential targets focused on growing revenue in accounts by developing a consistent and reliable sales pipeline.
Sales and Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with both sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights into the effectiveness of marketing initiatives while simultaneously generating new pipeline opportunities.
CRM Management: Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce and Outreach platforms to maintain accurate records and optimize performance.
Multi-Channel Engagement: Maintain a diverse mix of contact methods including calls, emails, social media outreach, and other channels to engage all possibilities within your assigned territory.


Requirements
Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred but not required for exceptional candidates)
0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, inside sales, or a related field
Ability to thrive in a quick-moving, team-based selling environment
Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through capabilities
Positive and energetic telephone skills with excellent active listening abilities
Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
Commitment to continuously improving sales efficiency and business acumen
Strong work ethic with self-motivation and drive to succeed
Eagerness to learn, grow, and advance within a sales organization
Understanding of business processes, roles, and organizational structures
Ability to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Comfortable with extended periods of sitting at a desk while working on a computer
Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 15 pounds


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce CRM platform
Familiarity with Outreach sales engagement tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience in a B2B sales environment
Understanding of sales pipeline management
