As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities and build pipeline for the sales team, playing a critical role in driving revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesProspect into a defined territory through outbound efforts including calls, emails, and social outreachResearch target accounts and identify key decision-makers within construction companiesQualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiriesConduct initial discovery to understand business needs, workflows, and potential fitSchedule qualified meetings for Sales Representatives and ensure smooth handoffMaintain accurate prospect, activity, and pipeline data in our CRM (HubSpot)Execute high-volume outreach while maintaining thoughtful, personalized messagingPartner with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaign effectivenessConsistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline generation targetsSkillsBachelor's degree and 1โ€“2 years of experience in a Sales Development, or similar outbound sales role within SaaS or a technology companyStrong communication, organization, and time-management skillsProven ability to execute outbound prospecting and operate in a high-activity environmentExperience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.)Familiarity with prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales NavigatorHighly coachable, resilient, and motivated to improve in a fast-paced startup environmentBenefits100% premium coverage for employee health insurance premiums and partial coverage for dependents.Health Savings Account with a company contributionFlexible Spending Account Options: Health Care and Dependent CareDental, Vision, and Life Insurance11 paid company holidays plus generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policyPlus stock options so that you can participate in the companyโ€™s success!Company OverviewFinvari Inc offers a corporate card and expense management system tailored for the construction industry.
