- Conduct research with your mentor to find and customize appropriate products for clients
- Meet with families via phone calls or Zoom meetings to present options and assist with applications
- Follow up with insurance carriers to facilitate applications through underwriting
- Commit to working specified hours based on role (spare time, part-time, or full-time)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be licensed in Life and Health insurance (assistance available to obtain licensing)
- Strong desire to help clients and teammates
- Coachable team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Ability to commit to the required hours based on the chosen role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance products and the industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A track record of setting and achieving personal and professional goals
