About the Role:
We're looking for a self-driven, hungry sales closer who knows how to take inbound leads, run a pitch, and close without excuses. You’ll be selling our proven SEO + web design packages to provided leads. Bonused on Cold Out Reach leads. Your role as an Account Manager is to close and to pass the file onto the strategy team. That's it.
This is a remote, commission-only role with real earning potential and zero ceiling.
What You’ll Do:
• Take pre-qualified inbound leads (via ads or our website)
• Run discovery and sales calls using our pitch deck + script
• Sell 3-tiered service packages ranging from $750–$3,000/month
• Collect payments and proposal sign-off
• Hand off to our account manager for onboarding and fulfillment
• Track performance in CRM and hit closing targets
What You Get:
• 10–20% commission per deal ($300–$1,500 avg per sale)

You Are:
• A confident closer with a proven track record
• Experienced selling digital marketing services (SEO/web/ads)
• Great at reading people, handling objections, and asking for the sale
• Self-motivated, you don’t need hand-holding
• Hungry for income, not just hours
• Can ask for sale without flinching
• Can follow a sales sscript but pivot naturally
Bonus if You Have:
• Experience selling to contractors or home service businesses
• Familiarity with SEO, GMB, WordPress, or Google Ads
• Prior work in a lean startup or agency setting
This is NOT for:
• Appointment setters (this is a closer role)
• Hourly pay seekers, this is 100% performance-based
• People with zero motivation.
