The Sales Assistant role is focused on delivering comprehensive administrative and client service support to the sales team, ensuring effective execution of sales activities and enhancing client experiences.ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes, and meeting materialsMaintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including client details and pipeline activityCoordinate meetings, calls, and follow-up actions to ensure timely communicationTrack proposal deadlines, RFP requirements, and other time-sensitive deliverablesServe as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responsesSupport client onboarding by preparing required documentation and coordinating internal hand-offsCollect and organize client information and documentation for proposals, renewals, and ongoing supportOrganize and maintain digital files, templates, and sales resourcesPrepare and distribute regular sales activity reports and performance metricsCoordinate logistics for sales meetings, client visits, and eventsAssist with expense reporting and travel coordination as neededPartner with Marketing to support campaigns, collateral, and sales initiativesCollaborate with Operations, Finance, and Client Services to support sales and client needsParticipate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements and operational efficienciesSkillsHigh school diploma required; bachelor's preferred1–3 years of administrative or sales support experienceStrong organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationAbility to manage multiple prioritiesProfessional, proactive, and customer-focused mindsetTeam-oriented and collaborativeReliable, accountable, and deadline-drivenProfessionalism with confidential informationDesire to support business growthExperience with CRM platforms preferredExperience in professional services, insurance, or financial services is a plusBenefitsPTO & paid holidays401(k) with matchExclusive discount programsHealth & wellness programsCompany OverviewNFP, an Aon company, helps companies and individuals address today’s most significant Risk Capital and Human Capital challenges.
