[Remote] Safety & Fleet Analyst

The Safety & Fleet Analyst role supports safety, compliance, and fleet operations by providing analytical insights, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring regulatory support. Responsibilities Interact with employees, customers, clients, and vendors to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to Safety & Fleet services Serve as a resource for Safety & Fleet policies, procedures, and processes Ensure organizational compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations and guidelines Enter, update, and maintain accurate data across Safety & Fleet management systems Conduct routine audits to ensure data integrity following established standards Support workers’ compensation activities, including timely incident reporting Assist employees with workers’ compensation rules, regulations, and documentation requirements Assist with investigations and tracking of fleet incidents, safety violations, and near-miss events Ensure internal service level agreements are followed for vehicle crashes and work-related injuries Coordinate submission of proper documentation and timely reporting of claims to insurance carriers Generate and review financial and operational reports on fleet performance, spend, and utilization Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for bolthires savings, performance improvement, or risk reduction Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for leadership highlighting key safety indicators and fleet metrics Skills Bachelor's degree with at least one year of relevant experience, or high school diploma/GED with three years of practical experience Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in interpreting data, spotting trends, and problem-solving Customer-service oriented with the ability to engage positively with employees, clients, and vendors Working knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and OH&S regulations to support compliance and operations Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance with company-paid health care concierge service 401(k) with company match Paid vacation, sick, personal, and parental leave Paid volunteer time Employee Recognition Program with redeemable points for gift cards Employee Assistance Program to support daily responsibilities Access to on-demand training courses for career advancement Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.It was founded in 2025, and is headquartered in, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
