[Remote] RON Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mortgage Connect, LP is in the business of home ownership, seeking a certified and experienced Remote Online Notary (RON) Specialist. This role involves coordinating and facilitating all aspects of preparing and finalizing RON transactions while ensuring excellent client communication and support. Responsibilities Responsible for the coordination and facilitation of all aspects involved with preparing and finalizing RON transactions Communicate with clients, signers, internal staff, and outside vendors via phone, email, and audio/video means to ensure a timely and successful RON closing, consistent with company and platform-defined standards There will be audio and video recorded transactions which will require a professional dress code and conduct Maintain client relationships and exceed expectations, leading the conversations regarding platform queries and signer/lender eClosing needs Make routine calls and act as first line technical support for the platform, such as providing some computer, tablet, or mobile device assistance during the signer’s RON transaction process (logging into the platform, completing an audio and video pre-check, and the signing itself within the eClosing Room) Skills High school diploma or equivalent 1-5 years of experience within real estate or mortgage industry required One year of RON / eClosing experience and current Remote Online Notary commission required Strong attention to detail, customer service, and verbal/written communications Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google applications (Chrome, Sheets) Benefits Medical Dental Vision HSA Mental health programs Employee Assistance Program Short term disability Voluntary insurance (LTD, auto, home, life, legal, pet, identify theft) Employee discounts Paid holidays Generous PTO based on tenure Paid volunteer time Paid Maternity and Parental Leave 401K plan Robust continuous learning opportunities Access to discounts that help save money in your daily life Company Overview Mortgage Connect is a real estate company offering property deal closing services.
