Remote RN Scribe & Quality Assurance Specialist (Full-Time)
We are hiring a **Registered Nurse (RN)** to work remotely as a **scribe and quality assurance reviewer** for home health documentation. This is a **long-term position** requiring a minimum of **40 hours per week**. • *Responsibilities:** • Complete and finalize clinical charts as a **scribe** for field clinicians. • Conduct **quality assurance (QA)** reviews of home health and hospice documentation. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards. • Communicate feedback to staff and support documentation improvement. • *Requirements:** • **RN license** (U.S. preferred, but not required). • **Home Health experience** strongly preferred. • Excellent written English and clinical documentation skills. • Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines. • Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. • *Compensation:** • **Scribe work:** $5 per chart completed • **Quality Assurance:** $8 per hour • Consistent, long-term work for qualified applicants. • *Preferred Applicants:** • **Outside of the United States** • RNs with home health experience even without a U.S. license will be considered. • *To Apply:** Please include: 1.
