Booking Management: Utilize our dedicated website and booking engine to secure reservations for clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient booking process
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest river cruise offerings, including ship amenities, stateroom options, all-inclusive packages, and unique experiences each cruise line provides
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service from the initial inquiry to post-cruise follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of experienced travel agents and leverage team support to enhance your knowledge and skills
Vendor Relations: Utilize vendor support to access the best deals, exclusive offers, and insider information to benefit your clients
Liability Management: Operate with peace of mind knowing that liability insurance is included in this opportunity
