[Remote] Revenue Systems & Data Analyst - Publicly Traded Enterprise Technology Leader - 100% Remote

They are seeking a Senior Revenue Systems & Data Analyst to support revenue data accuracy, system efficiency, and reporting excellence during a 3-month engagement. Responsibilities • Oversee revenue system operations: Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data across the revenue subledger, ERP, and BI platforms. • Support month-end close: Manage data uploads, reconciliations, and tie-outs to ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with ASC 606. • Analyze and report revenue data: Leverage Excel and SQL to evaluate trends, detect anomalies, and deliver actionable insights to Accounting and FP&A teams. • Ensure data accuracy: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain correct system configurations and data mappings. Skills • 2–5 years’ experience in revenue accounting and/or FP&A, including revenue forecasting and system reconciliations. • Solid understanding of ASC 606 and revenue recognition practices. • Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP); SQL experience highly desirable. • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. • Effective communicator with strong documentation skills. • Familiarity with RevStream, Zuora, or comparable revenue automation tools is a plus. • CPA candidate or actively pursuing CPA certification preferred.
