[Remote] Rev Cycle - Registration/Scheduling Systems Analyst

They are seeking a Systems Analyst who will conduct business requirement reviews, document requirements, and guide Associate Systems Analysts while working with hospital and information systems technology. Responsibilities • A Systems Analyst works under general supervision having an overall broad depth of hospital and information systems technology • A person in this position can conduct a business requirement reviews, includes business and user needs, documents requirements, formulates business requirements, generates systems scope and objectives for moderately complex information systems, may make suggestions for workflow and process improvements, may modify, test and implement 3rd party software or create simple programmatic/scripted solutions, may lead small to mid-size teams on small to mid-size projects (40-80hrs) involving less-complex systems with low integration • Fully documents requirements, testing, code/script, processes and workflow • A Systems Analyst in this position is expected to guide and advise Associate Systems Analysts Skills • Bachelors Degree (preferably IS/Business or healthcare emphasis) • Or 2-year Associates Degree with 2 years of relevant experience (IS/Business/ or Healthcare) • Or Highschool Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Information Systems (IS) and in healthcare Benefits • Tuition reimbursement • Full benefits • Paid holidays • Generous PTO • Employee discounts • Free individual retirement counseling • Free wellness platform for you and your family • Personalized support for personal or family challenges Company Overview • Excellence.Positivity.
