They are seeking a Researcher to join their research team to solicit, collect, process, and analyze event, contact, and box office data in the live entertainment space.ResponsibilitiesResearch new and existing events and relationships in live entertainmentMaintain, update and preserve the integrity of our databaseReconciliation of conflicts in the databaseIdentification and removal of duplicate recordsData entry for contact updates and routebook data received via emailCustomer service for Pollstar ReportersProofing charts and features for weekly publicationWork closely with Department Heads on all tasks related to Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice and Routebook productionAssist with other tasks as assigned by managementSkillsExperience in and a strong working knowledge of the concert businessExperience with data entry including self-proofing and interpretation of dataWritten and verbal communication skillsAdvanced aptitude with Excel or other data toolsGood problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent time management and organization skillsThe ability to work on deadline with accuracyBenefitsHealth, Dental and Vision insurance401(k) savings plan401(k) matchingPaid time off (vacation days, sick days, and 11 holidays)Company OverviewEnmarket Arena is a media and entertainment company that offers tenants music, events, and sports services.
