We're looking for a talented Research Analyst to join our team, responsible for:
Collecting and analyzing IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance job market data to generate high-quality leads
Conducting research on company profiles, utilizing tools like ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn to identify targeted contacts and profiles
Building and managing databases of B2B contact lists through internet research, data mining, and extraction
Generating leads for email campaigns and ensuring effective communication with prospects
Validating and managing leads and contacts to drive business growth
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should have:
2+ years of experience as a Research Analyst in the US Staffing industry
Proven research and analysis skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Familiarity with tools like ZoomInfo, DiscoverOrg, and LinkedIn, as well as experience with database management and data mining
