[Remote] Remote.Net Full Stack Developer/Architect

The role involves assessing technical feasibility, analyzing user experience, and working with cross-functional teams on complex projects. Responsibilities • Assess technical feasibility: architecture, scalability, and security of the current CAS system • Examine operational alignment: support for cadet workflows and Commandant, Academic, and Athletic departments • Review interoperability: integration with Banner, Canvas, My Citadel Portal, and health systems • Analyze user experience, adoption, and training needs • Evaluate economic feasibility: total cost of ownership (TCO) and ROI compared with alternative systems • Analyze exiting codebase and provide recommendations, timeline, and roadmap for modernization or replacement • Work with cross-functional teams on complex projects • Present and prepare reports • Assign appropriate priorities to work activities based on organizational goals and situational pressures • Effectively plan and communicate work activities and deadlines Skills • 3+ years of experience with C# • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL • 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting project requirements • Familiarity with front end web technologies such as React, JavaScript, and Material UI • 3+ years of experience analyzing existing code and creating modernization plans • Familiarity with 3rd party data integrations using REST API's and SQL extracts Company Overview • Online recruitment It was founded in 2011, and is headquartered in Johannesburg, NA - South Africa, ZAF, with a workforce of 11-50 employees.
