Responsibilities • Design and solve real-world video editing and storytelling scenarios to test AI reasoning • Write clear, structured explanations covering editing workflows, visual continuity, and creative decision-making • Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, technical quality, and alignment with professional editing standards • Collaborate with AI researchers to strengthen model understanding of editing logic, narrative flow, and visual storytelling principles Skills • 4+ years of experience as a Film Editor, Video Editor, or Post-Production Specialist • Strong understanding of editing software and workflows (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) • Excellent English communication and writing skills • Ability to explain technical and creative editing concepts clearly and concisely Benefits • Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project). • Work in a fully remote environment.
