Remote Remote Software Engineer (Scala, JavaScript) - Penske Automotive Group
Work independently on a team to build enterprise software systems and software solutions in a fast-paced demanding environment Works on scoping, approval, development and implementation of software projects Participate as software developer in complex services and systems integration Documents and tests all the applications developed and participates testing and documenting the other applications developed in the department demonstrates the applications being developed to the requesting end users. Develop data analysis and visualization tools which will help customers and internal support teams. Collaborate with other development teams, support staff and subject matter experts in all phases of development. Working closely with UX and Graphic Designers to turn wireframes and visual designs into working HTML/CSS prototypes. Performs system analysis and programming activities which may require research. Provides technical/engineering support for new and existing applications from code delivery until the retirement of the application. Working with technical leads, engineers, designers, business analysts and operations teams to develop dynamic client-side web applications across most areas of our business.
