The Senior Tax Accountant role is a hands-on, preparation-focused position supporting the tax practice, ideal for someone who enjoys technical tax work with predictable hours. Responsibilities • Prepare federal and state tax returns for: • High-net-worth individuals • Partnerships • C-Corporations and S-Corporations • Assist with tax planning, projections, and extensions • Collaborate with managers and partners on complex issues • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance standards Skills • 3+ years of public accounting tax experience • Strong technical tax compliance skills • Experience with individual and pass-through entities • CPA or EA preferred (or in progress) Benefits • 401(k) match up to 5% • 5 weeks PTO + Summer Fridays • Additional week off after busy season • Medical, dental, and vision 100% employer-paid Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
