[Remote] Remote - Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant (Redwood UI | ORC | Core HR)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a Senior Functional SME to support Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. The role involves providing production support, enhancing user experience with Redwood UI, and optimizing HR business processes. Responsibilities • Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, ORC & Onboarding, Learning) • Provide day-to-day production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Work extensively with Redwood UI to enhance user experience and functionality • Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs • Build, maintain, and support reports using OTBI and BI Publisher • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness • Track issues, enhancements, and releases using Jira • Support testing, deployments, and ongoing release cycles Skills • Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud • Hands-on experience with Redwood UI across HCM modules • Solid knowledge of Core HR, Talent Management, ORC & Onboarding, and Learning • Experience in production support and functional troubleshooting • Proficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reporting • Understanding of audit controls and compliance • Proven requirements gathering and solution design skills • Strong stakeholder and customer-facing communication • Experience using Jira or similar work management tools • Oracle HCM Data Loader (HDL) • HR Help Desk module • Fusion Analytics • ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools • Change control processes • Compensation & Benefits modules • EPM exposure Company Overview • Established in 2013.
