[Remote] REMOTE - SAP Master Data Analyst (English and Spanish Bilingual Exp)

Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead and execute master data migration activities from legacy ERP systems to SAP B1 and S/4HANA
ā¢ Collaborate with regional and global teams to support data governance standards and ensure compliance
ā¢ Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment to guarantee accuracy and completeness
ā¢ Develop and maintain data migration templates, mapping documents, and transformation rules
ā¢ Partner with IT and business stakeholders to identify and resolve data-related issues
ā¢ Support testing cycles (UAT, SIT) by preparing and validating master data sets
ā¢ Provide training and guidance to local teams on SAP master data processes
ā¢ Monitor and report on data quality metrics to drive continuous improvement
ā¢ Extend support to other business applications (eQMS, CRM) by ensuring master data consistency and integration
ā¢ Contribute to special projects such as process automation, data governance initiatives, and cross-functional improvement programs
Skills
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
ā¢ Proven experience in ERP data migration projects, preferably involving SAP B1 and/or S/4HANA
ā¢ Strong knowledge of master data domains (customers, vendors, materials, finance, etc.)
ā¢ Proficiency in data management tools (Excel, SQL, ETL solutions)
ā¢ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to work in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
ā¢ Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
ā¢ Travel required up to 25%- domestic & international
ā¢ Experience with LATAM-specific regulatory and compliance requirements
ā¢ Familiarity with SAP Data Services, MDG (Master Data Governance), or similar tools
ā¢ Exposure to eQMS and CRM systems and their data structures
ā¢ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
ā¢ Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
ā¢ Demonstrated ability to contribute to special projects beyond core responsibilities
