The role involves performance analysis, dashboard development, and operational reporting to support clients and improve financial outcomes. Responsibilities • Analyze A/R trends, claim activity, denials, and underpayments • Track and report core KPIs (Days in A/R, aging, cash-to-charge, collections) • Build and maintain dashboards, pivot tables, and KPI reports • Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries • Conduct baseline assessments, production reviews, and payer mix analyses • Support staffing projections and identify quick revenue improvement opportunities • Review fee schedules, reimbursement patterns, and payer compliance • Evaluate provider productivity, coding utilization, and missed/miscoded encounters • Present insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams • Contribute to SOP updates, workflow improvements, and process optimization Skills • Bachelor's degree required • 3+ years of revenue cycle analytics experience required • Proven ability to build dashboards and combine multiple datasets into clear, business-focused insights required • Power BI experience required • Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, data modeling) report development required • Experience analyzing A/R, denials, payer trends, and revenue cycle KPIs required • Client facing experience required Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • 401k • Life • AD&D • Disability • HSA • FSA • Holidays • PTO Company Overview • We're better than your recruiter.
