Elite Talent Consulting is a reputable national labor & employment law firm seeking a Remote Counsel to join its fully virtual team of attorneys. This role is ideal for experienced employment attorneys looking to focus on meaningful legal work without the pressures of business development or frequent travel. Responsibilities • Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, DOL, etc.) • Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy • Contribute to single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters • Draft position statements, motions, pleadings, discovery, and legal memos • Collaborate with a remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals • Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in-person demands Skills • 5–7+ years of employment law experience • Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Strong legal writing, organizational, and case management skills • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote-first environment • Prior law firm experience strongly preferred • Bar admission in CA or WA is a significant plus • Experience with EPLI defense or agency proceedings is a plus Benefits • Unlimited PTO • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Paid parental leave • 401(k) with profit sharing • Life, disability, and EAP coverage • Optional perks like student loan support and pet insurance Company Overview • Discover the Elite Talent Consulting Difference In a world of generic solutions and outdated methods, we provide a decisive advantage.
