[Remote] Remote Labor & Employment Counsel $135K–$170K Base + Bonus | ~1,500 Hours | No Business Development

Elite Talent Consulting is a highly respected national labor & employment law firm seeking an Arizona-barred Labor & Employment Counsel to join its fully remote legal team. The role focuses on employer-side legal work without business development responsibilities, offering flexibility and autonomy for experienced attorneys.
Responsibilities
• Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, ACRD, DOL, etc.)
• Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
• Support single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
• Draft position statements, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Collaborate with a fully remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
• Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in-person requirements
Skills
• 5–7+ years of employment law experience
• Demonstrated strength in legal writing, organization, and case management
• Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
• Employer-side employment law experience strongly preferred
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
• Active Arizona bar admission preferred
• Additional state bar admissions a plus, but not required
• Experience with EPLI defense or administrative agency proceedings is a plus
