[Remote] Remote Job - Oracle Cloud P2P Functional Consultant - W2 Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HYR Global Source Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Functional Lead to drive end-to-end P2P design and business process optimization. The role involves leading current-state analysis, acting as a liaison between business and SI teams, and providing SME leadership across the procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Lead current-state analysis and future-state P2P process design
• Act as P2P functional owner and liaison between business & SI teams
• Validate functional designs and ensure configuration alignment
• Provide SME leadership across procurement, sourcing, and payables lifecycle
• Support data migration, cutover readiness, and go-live activities
• Lead SIT/UAT support, defect resolution, and user training enablement
• Document requirements, workflows, and executive-level summaries

Skills
• 5+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement experience
• 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Fusion P2P implementations
• Strong Oracle EBS P2P functional background & migration experience
• Deep expertise in Purchasing, SSP, Sourcing, Supplier Mgmt, Contracts
• Strong knowledge of Fusion Payables (matching, holds, payments)
• Experience working with System Integrators & business stakeholders
• Excellent process mapping, documentation, and communication skills
• Large-scale Oracle Cloud ERP transformation experience
• Finance integrations (GL, FA, CM) knowledge
• OTBI / BI Publisher reporting familiarity
• Procurement compliance & supplier risk management exposure
