The role involves communicating with consumers via phone, providing resolutions to inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate via inbound telephone calls with consumersProvide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information. Accurately document and update records in required systemsFollow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfactionUnderstand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform job effectivelyMaintain diplomacy and tact when dealing with upset or escalated calls.
