Responsibilities
⢠Review, approve, or remove posts and comments according to moderation guidelines
⢠Apply moderation actions using established macros and documentation
⢠Moderate content primarily on forums, with limited Reddit coverage
⢠Handle modmail by directing users to official support channels when needed
⢠Escalate issues appropriately following internal procedures
⢠Maintain a calm, empathetic, and technically accurate tone at all times
Skills
⢠Genuine interest in computer hardware and consumer technology
⢠Practical, hands-on Linux experience with at least two different Linux distributions
⢠Comfort moderating content in forums and Reddit communities
⢠Ability to follow documentation closely and work independently
⢠Reliable availability during after-hours and weekend shifts
⢠Experience moderating technical or enthusiast communities
⢠Familiarity with logistics, OS-related, or hardware troubleshooting discussions
⢠Prior experience using moderation tools, macros, or rule-based workflows
