Responsibilities • Monitoring activity: Keeping an eye on comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community stays active and on-topic. • Enforcing guidelines: Applying community standards by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content. • Escalating issues: Identifying and flagging sensitive concerns, customer complaints, or potential crises for the appropriate teams to address. • Gathering insights: Tracking trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that can help improve user experience.
