The role involves consulting prospects, understanding their goals, and enrolling them into the program or product that best fits their needs without cold calling. Responsibilities Conduct scheduled sales calls (Zoom or phone) with warm, pre-qualified leads Follow a proven sales framework while incorporating your own style Ask powerful questions to understand client goals, challenges, and fit Present the offer clearly and handle objections professionally Maintain accurate call notes and pipeline updates in the CRM Collaborate with the sales team for continuous improvement Meet or exceed weekly and monthly closing targets Uphold brand values and represent our company with integrity Skills Minimum 1–2 years of closing experience, preferably in digital products (courses, coaching, SaaS, education, consulting) Strong communication and emotional intelligence Confidence in leading consultative sales conversations Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace High ownership mindset and ability to work independently Coachable, growth-oriented, and comfortable receiving feedback Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Close, or similar) Experience in high-ticket closing ($1k–$15k offers) Understanding of online marketing funnels Background in personal development, business coaching, or tech Benefits Inbound, qualified leads (no cold calling).
