In this role, you’ll help veterans, union members, and working families protect their financial futures through life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions. Responsibilities Conduct virtual consultations to identify members’ insurance and financial protection needs Present customized life and supplemental insurance solutions Guide members through the application and enrollment process with professionalism and care Provide ongoing policy support, reviews, and claims assistance Maintain strict compliance with state and federal insurance regulations Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting Comfortable using technology and managing a virtual workflow Solution-oriented with a client-first mindset Ability to obtain a Life Insurance License Must be legally authorized to work in the United States We are unable to hire non-U.S. residents or citizens at this time Sales experience preferred (training provided for qualified candidates) Benefits Commission-based compensation Performance-Based Incentives Union Affiliation Company Overview Globe Life is an insurance company.
