[Remote] Reinsurance Business Analyst (Underwriting/Claims) | W2 or IC Only
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. TSR Consulting is seeking experienced Reinsurance Business Analysts to join their team on a long-term transformation project replacing a legacy reinsurance application. This role focuses on gathering requirements and supporting underwriting and claims processes in a functional capacity. Responsibilities • Gather and document functional requirements for reinsurance systems • Work closely with stakeholders to bridge business needs and IT solutions • Support accounting, underwriting, and claims processes • Drive functional design, testing, and delivery in an Agile environment Skills • 5–12 years of BA experience with proven reinsurance expertise (must-have) • Strong understanding of reinsurance underwriting & claims processes • Hands-on experience with Jira, Excel, MS Office (SQL a plus) • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently • Experience with DXC SICS is highly preferred Company Overview • TSR is a relationship-based, customer-focused IT and technical services staffing company.
