[Remote] Regulatory & Product Compliance Attorney

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is a leading AM Law 100 firm seeking a Regulatory & Product Compliance Attorney. The role involves providing compliance and regulatory support, particularly in FDA and CPSC-related product matters for the US online store. Responsibilities • Supporting the RISC Legal team with FDA-regulated product matters and FDA compliance matters • Supporting the RISC Legal team with CPSC-regulated product matters for the US online store • Supporting the RISC Legal team with regulator contacts • Supporting ad-hoc product safety matters as needed Skills • J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S • 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory and FDA-related product matters and FDA compliance, preferably in-house or with technology-focused clients • Some FDA experience, ideally in an area such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food • Experience with products regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (e.g., children's products, baby products, etc.) and safety-related matters • Must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: WA, DC, OR, CA, AZ, IL, TX, AK, WI, NY, CO, ID Benefits • Curated training suite to enhance and develop your skills • Hands-on support • Networking opportunities • Accessing the most up-to-date resources Company Overview • ElevateFlex (flexible legal resourcing) and Elevate (the law company) create a unique combination.
