[Remote] Regulatory Compliance Consultant II - National General
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National General is a part of The Allstate Corporation, offering a range of insurance products through independent agents and directly to consumers. The Regulatory Compliance Consultant will be responsible for creating and maintaining personal lines policy forms, tracking regulatory changes, and ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct research and perform analysis on policy language, regulatory changes, competitor products, market needs, and emerging issues, and serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
ā¢ Develop and maintain policy forms, policyholder notices, and other communications, as well as forms requirements, for discretionary and compliance projects and manage timelines for research, development, filing and implementation
ā¢ Work closely with product management, claims, underwriting, IT and other areas in the creation of product portfolios
ā¢ Prepare forms filings in accordance with state requirements and respond to DOI objections as well as participate in DOI meetings
ā¢ Identify and track regulatory changes at the state and federal level and notify key stakeholders to ensure compliance with new/existing laws, regulations, and DOI communications
Skills
